A British citizen, born in Zimbabwe in April 1953, Anthony is a chartered accountant of Zimbabwe (ICAZ), South Africa CA(SA) and England (ACA) having completed his articles with 2 of the big 4 firms. (Deloittes and Ernst & Young) Commercial experience includes holding international executive positions within different sectors including; information technology, retail and consumer goods, publishing, capital goods and venture capital industries.

Anthony has worked in the profession, private and corporate sectors and brings to Exceed’s clients; timely financial and general management expertise and through his own experiences proactive mentoring and coaching to owner managed businesses. He is a director and shareholder in the different business entities.

Anthony is married to Karen and together they have two adult sons, Dane and Andrew. Interests include travel and golf.

Charlene grew up and was educated in Stellenbosch (South Africa), achieving her BSc Food Science degree in 1987 through the University of Stellenbosch. After completing her studies she joined the Council For Scientific and Industrial Research, where she was involved in research for five years and also completed her BSc Hons (Food Science) part time, through the University of Pretoria in 1991. Charlene completed her B Commt (Bachelor of Accounting Science) degree in 2007 through the University of South Africa.

Charlene started her accounting studies whilst working for Roche Pharmaceuticals, a major research & development-based pharmaceutical company and has had roles in Clinical Research and Sales & Marketing. She relocated to the UK in 2007 and is married to Adrian. Charlene joined Exceed UK Ltd as an Accountant Trainee in June 2008, and is responsible for payroll and company secretarial services.

Charlene enjoys calligraphy, travelling and reading and is focused on achieving her ACCA qualification.

Gerrit was born in April 1963 and was educated in South Africa, graduating with a bachelor of commerce degree in Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch in 1985. He completed his national service, trained with Pricewaterhouse Coopers qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1993 prior to establishing his own business which was subsequently sold into the Exceed Group.

Gerrit and his family moved to the UK in 1999 where he worked for Feltons chartered accountants before establishing the Exceed UK office in March 2002. Gerrit is a director and a shareholder in the UK Company. He returned to Cape Town where he is an audit partner and executive director of the Exceed Group SA.

Gerrit is married to Louise who is a change management consultant. Together, they have two children, Helen and Lize. Interests include diving and spear fishing, enjoying the ocean and outdoor life.

Born in January 1975, Jolandi grew up and was educated in the Western Cape completing her B Compt degree in 2002 through the University of South Africa. She completed the management development programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Jolandi completed her articles whilst studying and has worked in the manufacturing, leisure, educational and recruitment industries prior to joining Exceed UK. Jolandi specialises in company accounts.

Jolandi enjoys retail therapy, going to the cinema, travelling and particularly looks forward to European winters.

Sonja was born in December 1976, obtaining her diploma in language practice and was the top student in her public relations course at Cape Colleges in South Africa.

Sonja joined the Exceed Financial Services group at the end of 2001, working until June 2003 as a personal assistant to Tenk Loubser, the CEO of the Exceed Group in South Africa, prior to joining Exceed UK Ltd, where she is currently responsible for the office administration, company secretarial and administration of client companies, both locally and offshore.

Sonja is married to Nicol who is a warehouse manager. She enjoys music, reading, travelling and socialising with her friends.

Tenk founded the Exceed group in 2000. He started his career as a lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch in Business Economics. His accounting and auditing career was initiated in Johannesburg where he completed his articles and also attained his CA (SA) qualification in 1980. Tenk's qualifications include, B.Com, Hons B. Compt (Applied Accountancy), M. Comm (Business Exconomics), Higher Teachers Diploma, ACIS and Post graduate Diploma in Valuation.

Amongst other positions which he has held, he was a partner at the auditing firm Pricewaterhouse and thereafter the Managing Director at the firm Loubser du Plessis in Stellenbosch, which he established.

He is a well respected authority in South Africa on Trust Law and Administration and frequently acts as guest speaker on several topics including trusts and taxation. Tenk sits on the boards of several unlisted companies in South Africa.

Theo was born in July 1973 and completed his education, obtaining an Honours degree in Management Accounting in 1996 at the University of Stellenbosch. In 2001 he passed the ‘Registered Persons’ Exam with the South African Institute of Financial Markets.

Theo started his professional career with the SA listed entity Remgro, after which he became a marketing manager at To-Infinity, a privately owned business. Theo joined Exceed UK Limited in September 2002, where he looks after our individuals requirements and is responsible for personal tax, year end accounts and individual offshore structures.

Theo is married to Mari who is a teacher. In his spare time, he plays tennis and golf, and manages to keep in contact with his friends socially.

Tracey was born in Bournemouth, England in March 1979. She moved to South Africa with her family where she grew up and obtained a B.Comm (Commercial Accounting) degree from the University of Stellenbosch, and worked at Exceed in Stellenbosch part-time during the final year of her degree.

In 2006 Tracey immigrated back to the UK. She worked for a listed company in the outsourcing industry before joining Exceed UK. Tracey looks after accounting and company secretarial administration.

Tracey enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Born in 1977 and educated in South Africa, Yolande graduated at the University of the Free State before completing her honours and CTA through the University of South Africa. Yolande completed her articles and went on to become audit and tax manager in Pretoria. She specialises in local and international tax for our Exceed clients.

Commercial experience includes working in the mobile phone network and electronic distributor markets. Yolande looks after financial reporting, corporation tax and specialised offshore tax requirements.

Yolande is passionate about photography, European history and travelling to unusual places.
